Introduction

Installing User Export for Jira can be done via UPM in Jira. It is the recommended and fastest way to install apps in Jira.

Install via UPM

1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.

2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons or Apps.

3. The Manage add-ons or apps screen loads.

4. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.

5. Locate User Export for Jira via search.

6. Click Install to download and install your app.

7. Go to Administration > User management > User Export.

8. You're now ready to search and export some Jira users.

Locate app in Jira

1. Go to Administration > User management > User Export.

2. Press (.) in Jira which open the operations dialog.

3. Search for User Export for Jira and hit enter.

4. You're now ready to search and export some Jira users.

Uninstall via UPM

1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.

2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons or Apps.

3. The Manage add-ons or apps screen loads.

4. Locate User Export for Jira app and click on the app icon.

5. Click Uninstall.

6. When the dialog opens click Uninstall app.

7. App is uninstalled.

8. You're all set!
