Additional request fields, search fields, csv export and sorting

Both Ultimate Theming and Extended Request List (JSD Server) supports the following options for the request page:

Additional fields

A bunch of field types are possible to add. Please create a improvement request for Ultimate Theming , if you find something missing (The feature will land in Extended Request List as well). 

A value will of course only be shown if it is set on the issue.

Additional Search 

A bunch of types are possible to add, such that the user can select more filtering.

Please create a improvement request, if you find something missing.

Override field names

Here you override field names shown in the list. This includes standard ones.

CSV Export

Enabling CSV export lets any user export current or all requests. Additional values are also exported.

Export can be with a custom separator (comma, semicolon, verticalbar | or caret^)

Let users decide which fields to show

Enabling this lets the user decide which of the additional fields (not all, but those admin/you selected) are shown in the list.
