Ultimate Requests (v2)

"Extended Request List" has been renamed to Ultimate Requests, since naturally, it's a little sister plugin to Ultimate Theming.
We added a few features, and changed how request view fields work:
- Control visibility of additional and search fields by groups, users or organisations.
- Scope the additional fields to specific portals.
- Added a menu with options. In Options, you can enable "request-view fields". The chosen fields will then be inherited to the request details views (all requests, in all portals). Visibility and scoping will still work here, so a specific portal can have something, that another does not.
Of course, original stuff is still here:
- Sort standard and additional fields (by clicking header)
Enable CSV export of current and all requests (separator: semicolon, comma, vertical bar or caret).
Let users decide which of the additional fields to show.
- Set how many requests are shown in list. Default is 20.
Update note
You may have to re-setup additional fields and search fields when updating from a previous version.
Intro
To access the features, select the menu in the top. Note that List Configuration menu item is only visible on the Requests page.
