Install via UPM

  1. Log into your Confluence instance as an administrator.

  2. Click the admin dropdown and Manage apps or Manage add-ons.

  3. The Manage add-ons or apps screen loads.

  4. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.

  5. Locate Confluence User Export via search.

  6. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Confluence User Export.

  7. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

  8. Click Apply license.

  9. Refresh/reload the current page in Confluence.

  10. Go to Administration > User management > Confluence User Export.

  11. You're now ready to search and export some Confluence users.

Locate app in Confluence

  1. Go to Administration > User management > User Export.

  2. You're now ready to search and export some Confluence users.

Uninstall via UPM

  1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.

  2. Click the admin dropdown and Manage apps or Manage add-ons.

  3. The Manage add-ons or apps screen loads.

  4. Locate Confluence User Export app and click on the app icon.

  5. Click Uninstall.

  6. When the dialog opens click Uninstall app.

  7. App is uninstalled.

  8. You're all set!
