A given search result with Confluence users can be exported to several formats. The fields listed below are currently exported to a given format:

Fields to be exported

The following fields are exported for all formats:

  • Full name - The full name of the Confluence user.

  • Email - The email of the Confluence user.

  • Username - The username of the Confluence user.

  • Created - The date for Confluence user creation.

  • Updated - The last updated date for the Confluence user.

  • Status - Is the Confluence user enabled or disabled?

  • Licensed - Is the Confluence user licensed in the given Confluence instance?

  • Groups - The list of Confluence groups that the user belongs to.

  • User language - The chosen user interface language for the Confluence user.

  • Directory - The User Directory that the Confluence user belongs to.

Exported fields

Exporting users

The current search result page with Confluence users are the default export option. This is very fast and you will be able to download the export file almost instantly. The Export button will be available right Swayze when this option is selected.

Exporting All users

It is possible to export ALL users for a given search but this can be a time consuming job depending on the number of Confluence users in the Confluence instance. You start the full export by clicking the Start button. The job will know select all Confluence users that match the given filter in batches defined by search. So if your users per page was 50, the batch will be 50 when selecting all users.

when the full export job has completed an Export button will be available in order to export users to the desired format.
