User export for Confluence is NOT vulnerable to https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2021-44228 known as log4jshell. The plugin does not include log4j library and relies on Atlassian internal logging. Please read this FAQ from Atlassian.
The Confluence User Export is an app made for Atlassian Confluence. The app is currently only available for the server version of Confluence. You can find the app on the Atlassian Marketplace.
The app has two primary functions: Searching and exporting Confluence users to a desired export format. It is possible to search and export Confluence users via:
