Exporting JIRA users

Introduction

After searching for Jira users it is possible to export the search result to a desired format for external application use. It is only possible to export search results if the search result is not empty.

Fields to be exported

The following fields are exported for all formats:

  • Jira User ID - The database ID of the Jira user.

  • Full name - The full name of the Jira user.

  • Email - The email of the Jira user.

  • Username - The username of the Jira user.

  • Login details - The Jira application login details.

  • Status - The current status in Jira for the given user.

  • Group name - The groups in Jira that this user belongs to.

  • Applications - The application in Jira that this user belongs to.

  • Directory - The User Directory that this Jira user belongs to.

  • User preferred language - The preferred languahe chosen by the Jira user.

  • User properties- The Jira user properties defined in the Jira UI.
